Mark Owens is just one of hundreds of shifter kart, as they call them in the USA, or Go-Kart as we call them in Europe, drivers, who prefers EBC products. Mark drives a Gearbox Pro Kart and is a regular top end contender around the Kart GP Circuit. Mark's Kart has a 250 cc twin cylinder DEA engine with a ADE 250 superkart chassis.

Mark races in the FIA  European superkart championship, 250 superkart class - division 1. He also races in the British superkart championship around the UK. His successes include becoming the 125cc British Champion in 1997, held the title of the World Superkart Challenge Champion 2003, came 4Th in the European Championship 2003 and 2nd in the French Superkart Cup 2007.

Mark and his team have supported some of the most famous racing championships around the world racing on the same day and tracks as formula 1, German DTM, American Le Mans Series , Moto GP plus many more!
