"EBC Yellowstuff is the perfect choice for Rally Driving, strong powerful high friction brake that is easily controlled and lasts. Drivers report this material is lasting twice as long as competitive pads." |

"EBC Yellowstuff is also great for this type of sport, brakes are immediately there, no warm up needed making them an ideal choice for drift racing. Some drivers use Yellow pads in the rear to throw the back outwards on the drift. Whatever way, Yellow is powerful and predictable and it handles all the heat you can throw at it."

I upgraded my brakes as i was having trouble with brake fade at the track event. After the upgrade i was able to run the event with confidence. I was able to brake harder and a lot later and the brake feel remained consistent the whole day. I will definitely be using EBC Brakes products in the future. I have already done one track on the new EBC Yellowstuff brake pads and 3GD sports rotors will will be doing another on March 6 followup by an Autoxx Event on the 7th. The Pads and rotors are great, i have recommended them to everyone i know who is into motor sports. |

"Guys, its Rich Nelson here with an update on the EBC Brakes Bluestuff NDX brake pads... I gave the 2084 versions a workout this weekend at an autocross. Like last time it was a fairly large, fast course but did have a few heavy braking zones. The 2084 performed remarkably even from cold. Maybe it was the course being more suited to high HP cars or maybe it was the braking power allowing me to get deeper into the corners before applying the brakes but I did end up a second or so closer to the usual FTD holders for the events I attend. There were a few things I noticed, though. 1. Radically different temperatures across the face the face of the rotor. Granted, the rotors did not have much of a chance to get very hot. The hottest rotor temp I recorded was 235 degrees Fahrenheit as opposed to the over 1300 I often see on a road course. However, temperatures toward the outside half of the rotor never got above 120 while temps closest to the hub were in the 220-235 range. Since I am lazy, I am also using them for street driving. But with a slight groove (too deep to machine completely out) in the back of the driver side rotor, I’ll not be using them much until I throw on some new rotors. The next event I plan on attending is also an autocross but it is more of a test and tune event. So, I'll likely be thrashing the brake pads with constant heat up and cool down cycles throughout the 8 hour day. One difference I have noticed between is that unlike other pads the Bluestuff NDX do not leave marks or deposits on the rotors." |

"After testing back to back at Rockingham in a pre season shake down we were impressed on the feel of the new Bluestuff NDX brake pad. We have used Yellowstuff brake pads for the last 2 seasons with no issues. The big test will be rounds 1 & 2 at Brands. Brands hatch, what a cracking circuit testing for the drivers and the car. From performance in qualifying we again were impressed in the bite and pedal feel with the new EBC Brakes pad. After the races at Brands we have to say the pads worked really well and did not fade at all at the end of each race. We set class pole and fastest lap for the day and with the improvements in set up and Brakes we look forward to the rest of the season. Thanks to the boys at EBC for letting us try the compound. We look forward to a cracking season." |
