EBC Sport Replacement MX Brake Rotors
Sport replacement brake rotors for front or rear moto-x use
Size for size replacement of original discs, the EBC moto-x range discs are made from heat treated carbon steel that is then tempered back to optimum hardness to maintain good friction level but resist cracking and wear. Over hard discs are prone to cracking, especially when immersed in water on cross country enduro riding.
EBC discs come in two choices of either full circle discs or new lighter weight contoured profile.
Full circle design - suffix "D" (example MD6001D)
Contoured Profile - suffix "C" (example MD6001C)
Benefits of the contoured profile disc include lighter weight, better self-cleaning characteristic, and better heat gradient between the inside and outside of the disc improving brake response.
Supermoto Oversize Contoured Conversion Rotor Kit
320mm oversize supermoto disc constructed with forged alloy centre hub for weight reduction and tough billet steel 4mm thickness brake rotor for maximum stopping power. The rotor rings include OD cooling groove and extra weight reducing scraper holes and are riveted together with a nine button sturdy rivet system.
The rotor kit COMES COMPLETE WITH ANODISED ALLOY RELOCATION BRACKETS for most popular models of MC/Enduro bikes and are supplied with the complete rotor unit and anodised bracket. The brake hose may need to be replaced with a longer version. Now available with contoured profile for further weight reduction.
Oversize MX Front Floating Rotor Conversion Kits
This extremely popular range of oversize rotors has become a worldwide number one seller. The optimum 280mm design gives a significant improvement to stopping power but also great modulational/control without the risk of 'grounding' on excessively over diameter units. The rotors are quick and easy to fit with beautifully crafted brackets made by Ted Devol in the United States, available for all recent modern moto-x machines.
Moto-x/Mini Oversize Kit for 50/60/65/80cc MX bikes
These rotors are as above conversion kits but are 250mm in diameter. They also come complete with relocation brackets.
