EBC Brakes Takes No 1 Global Spot as Brake Manufacturer
EBC Brakes’ 100% UK and USA manufacturing is driving sales growth and acceptance by the market.
Launching dozens of new brake pad and rotor parts every month, EBC had a great start to the spring, with the receipt of R90 approval for its two-piece fully floating brake rotors, the launch of a new range of BMW riveted disc conversions, amidst multiple race successes in the brake pad field.
Back in our Bristol manufacturing facility, the R&D team are working hard at new materials and processes ready for SEMA 2026, where EBC will be launching a massive new and exciting brake pad program – be sure to visit EBC at the booth (#23353) and meet the team!

Thrills and Spills at Portimão for SR-21™-Equipped BMW Race Team
The EBC Frenos (Spain)-supported Autoworks Motorsport race team has achieved much success in recent years, piloting EBC-equipped race cars in the Iberian Supercars Endurance Series. We most recently caught up with Autoworks Motorsport off the back of their debutant race for 2026 at the famous Portimão Circuit, where great promise was shown across the weekend despite many setbacks.
EBC-Equipped Road Racing Outfit Enjoy Successes in Various Championships
Following a season in NLR’s SuperTwins in 2025, as well as various Manx/Isle of Man TT races, we previously caught up with Russell Brook and the Brook-Built racing team following their debutant race for 2026: the NLR 750km Endurance Race at Donington Park Circuit. Since then, Brook and co have been back on the road racing scene, entering a classic Honda CB350 K4 in the Barry Sheene Classic at Oliver’s Mount and the Road Racing New Classic Solo. They were also back on the EBC-Equipped Yamaha R6 for the Pub & Kitchens Twin race.
Mixed Fortunes Then a Brilliant Donington Fightback for EBC-Equipped NW Racing
Luca Wilkinson, Zack Weston, Craig Dance and Hudson Cooper of the NW Racing team are competing across BSB and its supporting championships for 2026. The opening two rounds took the team to Cheshire’s Oulton Park and then to Donington Park – a testing start to the year, followed by a hugely encouraging fightback at Donington.
Formula Drift’s BBK-Equipped Rahimi Faces Hurdles at Road Atlanta
Tennessee-based pro drifter, Hooman Rahimi, is once again competing in the PROSPEC category of the prestigious Formula Drift series in the USA. Following some great results in 2025, we next caught up with Rahimi off the back of his first round of 2026, held at the prestigious Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta circuit in Georgia.
Setbacks and Comebacks for GPFAX-Equipped NLR Racer at Croft
Retford-based Scott Stone is competing in No Limits Racing’s Pirelli Super Series 1000 Power Trophy in 2026 on his Yamaha R1, continually finding himself at the sharp end of the grid. After more podiums and PBs at Cadwell Park, Stone’s next outing took him to Croft Circuit, where a rollercoaster of a weekend saw him leave with mixed results.
Apollo BBK-Equipped Golf Racers Lead Class Following More Podiums at Silverstone
The Clubracer racing outfit – made up of drivers Henry Wright and Kevin Glover – has relied on EBC Brakes components as it has made its way up the ranks through the MSVR Trackday Championship classes, which resulted in a 2025 win. Riding off this success, they’ve decided to move onto pastures new for the 2026 season, entering the 750MC Roadsports Championship in their modified Mk5 VW Golf GTI. We next caught up with the driver duo following their third round on the mighty Silverstone GP course, where more podiums ensured they left the weekend leading their class.
Class Wins for EBC-Equipped Bemsee Racer at Cadwell Park
Spalding-based motorcycle racer, Morgan Creasey, is currently competing in the British Motorcycle and Racing Club (Bemsee)’s Thunderbike Sport and Thunderbike Ultra classes on his various Suzuki superbikes. We caught up with Creasey after the fourth round at Lincolnshire’s Cadwell Park Circuit, where he secured more podiums to make it another successful weekend.
Class Win in Armed Forces Endurance Race for RP-X™-Equipped BMW Racer
Racing driver, Gary Lowe, is competing in the 2026 season of the 750MC Armed Forces Challenge in his freshly-built E92 BMW 335i. Following podium finishes in his debutant outing in the car at Silverstone recently, we next caught up with Lowe fresh off the back of Snetterton 300 round of the championship, where he walked away from the weekend’s gruelling 45-minute endurance race with a class win, despite some technical setbacks mid-race.
Setbacks for EBC-Equipped Symonds Following First BSB Rounds
Wiltshire-based motorcycle racer, Max Symonds has been competing in the British Superbike Championship’s National Superstock category for a number of years. Things were looking promising for the year ahead from the word go, until Symonds had an unfortunate fall on the third lap of the Donington Park race, causing injuries and putting him out of action for the next few rounds.
