EBC Brakes Hosts Successful Cars/Bikes Coffee Weekend at UK HQ
The EBC Brakes UK team enjoyed an action-packed weekend at the firm’s capacious Global HQ in Northampton, hosting both Cars & Coffee and a Bikes & Coffee open days on the 17th & 18th May 2025.
With each event attracting hundreds of vehicles – many of which were EBC-equipped – there was plenty of both static and live action attractions to enjoy for those that were in attendance.
It goes without saying that both events featured multiple food/drink stalls and a fully-stocked EBC stand for attendees to get hands-on with the firm’s range of braking components.
The EBC Brakes team would like to thank everyone who attended and made the weekend such a great success. You can next catch them at Goodwood’s Festival of Speed on 10-13 July.

Kart racer Marcus Hudson is once again campaigning in the Super 4 British Championship for the 2025 season. Following a promising start at Three Sisters, Hudson was back at Fulbeck for Round 2, where more solid driving helped him to continue his impressive championship standings.
Retford-based Scott Stone is competing in No Limits Racing’s Premier 1000cc Championship in 2025 on his Yamaha R1, aiming to achieve solid results throughout the year. Following a productive first round at Snetterton, Stone was back to take on Kent’s mighty Brands Hatch GP circuit, which resulted in PBs and class podiums!
Dave Barrett is competing in the 2025 Modified Ford Series, piloting his upgraded Mk4 Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec within the Class C category. The first two rounds at Snetterton saw him come away with a class podium, which continued at the latest round at Cheshire’s Oulton Park recently.
Natalie Kane has been racing motocross around Europe for many years, recently taking a break due to pregnancy. She recently returned to compete in the first round of the Women’s Swedish Championship, just nine weeks after giving birth, where Kane took home a P8 finish overall.
The SpiceBoy Racing team, comprising three riders, are competing in the HM Racing Clubman 600 class of the NGRRC for the 2025 season. Tim Petts, Jon Otter and Nev Otter all entrust EBC Brakes components on their array of 600cc Kawasaki and Triumph machines. The first round of the year took them to Lincolnshire’s scenic Cadwell Park Circuit, where the team showed promise despite some hurdles across the weekend.
Following a successful weekend in the debutant round of the Ulster Superbike Championship at Bishopscourt recently to start his season, we caught up with EBC-equipped Andrew Smyth at the opening round of the Big 3 Series with Belfast & District Motorcycle Club, held across two Northern Ireland venues: Bishopscourt and Kirkistown circuits. Smyth pushed through heavy rain to collect multiple top 10 finishes.
