EBC Brakes Set to Launch New Super Ceramic Brake Pad
EBC Brakes is set to launch its new Super Ceramic brake pad range at this year’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas (November 3–6) at the EBC Booth #23353.
Unlike market alternatives that use partial ceramic blends, the new range features a true, pure ceramic formulation. While pure ceramic powders significantly increase raw material costs, they deliver a massive leap forward in overall braking performance and low-dust operation, setting a new benchmark for the product line.
With at least eight other Ceramic brands, EBC’s new Super Ceramic material is designed to stand apart. According to testing carried out by EBC, the pad delivers the lowest rotor abrasion, longest pad life and highest heat threshold – making this a “Track Capable” Ceramic pad but note NOT a full race pad.
Members of EBC Brakes UK made the unforgettable trip in an EBC-equipped Peugeot Bipper
This summer, some members of the EBC Brakes team took on the ‘Dash to Dubrovnik’ charity challenge. It’s a student-led road trip, driving across Europe in a £500 car through seven countries to Dubrovnik, lasting nine days.
As a team, they raised £2,387.19, with the total raised between all teams standing at £27,785.57 for Amnesty International.
For the challenge, they chose a 2010 Peugeot Bipper Teepee, equipped with EBC Brakes’ USR discs and Greenstuff pads.
Overall, they totalled 19 countries in three weeks, and 5000 miles, making this a road trip they’ll never forget.
EBC Brakes Selected as LeMans Corporation Supplier of the Year Finalist

Placing in the top seven on this year’s rankings, EBC Brakes finds itself in the top 1.5% of Lemans’ entire supply base – reflecting the UK and US-based firm’s dedication, operational excellence and commitment to shared success.
